1. Subscription Payments
AdviceSahi operates on a monthly and yearly subscription model. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- You will no longer be able to add new clients or policies once the current billing period ends.
- No partial refund is issued for unused time within an active billing period.
3. Eligible Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Payment after cancellation: if you were charged after a confirmed cancellation was processed.
- Service unavailability: if the platform was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period and we cannot provide a service credit.
- Unauthorised charge: if you did not authorise the payment and can demonstrate this to our satisfaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Partial use of a subscription period — subscriptions are not prorated.
- Dissatisfaction with AI extraction accuracy or report quality.
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Upgrade or downgrade of subscription plan mid-cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at legal@advicesahi.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay transaction ID or order ID.
- The reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
6. Yearly Subscription Refunds
For yearly subscriptions, a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion if a refund request is made within 14 days of the annual payment and the platform has not been substantially used (fewer than 5 reports generated). After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
