Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdviceSahi ("the Platform") operated by Argus Fintech PVT. LTD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

AdviceSahi is exclusively for IRDAI-licensed insurance advisors. By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid IRDAI registration and are authorised to provide insurance advisory services in India. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Gmail Integration

AdviceSahi's use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Gmail access is used solely to locate insurance policy documents. We apply a strict keyword filter — only emails containing terms such as "insurance", "policy", "premium", and "renewal" are processed.
• We extract only structured policy data: insurer name, policy type, policy number, sum assured, and premium amount. Email body text is never stored.
• Gmail data is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
• No human at AdviceSahi reads your Gmail content. All processing is automated.
• Gmail access can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

AdviceSahi operates on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay with auto-renewal. Yearly subscriptions are offered at a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may use AdviceSahi only for legitimate insurance advisory activities with your own clients.
• You may not share your account, resell access, or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of client and policy data you enter on the platform.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.

6. Not Investment Advice

AdviceSahi is not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor. Reports, IRR calculations, and analysis generated by the platform are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial planning advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial product. Advisors are responsible for their own advisory activities under IRDAI regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content is the property of Argus Fintech PVT. LTD. Client and policy data you enter remains your data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdviceSahi is provided "as is". We are not liable for any inaccuracies in IRR calculations, bonus projections, or report data, nor for any decisions made by advisors or clients based on platform output. Our total liability to any advisor shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
